• DO insist on EMPAT certified laboratories for sample analysis.
• DO obtain final clearance testing confirmations if any remediation services are performed.

• DON'T engage assessment services of a building remediation company, these always result in remediation recommendations.
• DON'T immediately begin recommended major remediation services without a second opinion or recommendation.
• DON'T disregard testing results or specific recommendations.
